This policy explains what iSTAR US/Canada, LLC (“we”) collects when you use VineX TV, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Order information — name, email address, phone number, billing country and city, and what you bought. We need this to deliver your code and to support you afterwards.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processors. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage information — basic analytics about which pages are visited, used to improve the site.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your order, to provide support, to prevent fraud and abuse of free trials, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the business — payment processing, email delivery, and the service provider whose subscription you purchased — and only what each of them needs.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
