These terms govern your purchase from VineX TV, operated by iSTAR US/Canada, LLC, 1097 Nanroc Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, USA. By placing an order you accept them.
What we sell
We sell subscription codes and streaming hardware. A subscription code grants access to the service for the period stated on the product page. Codes are delivered digitally to the email address given at checkout.
Delivery
Digital codes are normally delivered by email within minutes of your order being completed. If a code has not arrived within 24 hours, contact support@istaruscanada.com and we will resolve it.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having a compatible device and a working internet connection. Check the compatibility information on the product page before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for an internet connection we do not supply.
Service availability
Content and availability can change and are not guaranteed to remain identical for the whole of a subscription period.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
